2015 Tournament Program
 

Saturday August 1st, 2015
 

Time Description
7am
  • Bag drop - pull up to the clubhouse in your car and the golf course staff will load your bag onto your designated cart
  • Check-in begins in the pavilion
  • Pickup entry packets
  • Opportunity to purchase mulligan/door prize tickets for $5 each
  • Look over auction items and begin bidding on those designated for the silent auction
  • Hop on the shuttle and head to the Practice Range to utilize small bucket of practice balls on the range
7:45am
  • Players report to their golf carts and review tournament rules
8am
  • Shotgun start
8am-1pm
  • 18 holes of golf
1pm
  • Lunch at Banyans' Pavilion*
  • Review the silent auction items for bidding status and rebid opportunities
1:15pm
  • $10,000 Putting Contest, auction and presentation of awards
2:30pm
  • Conclusion of event
* Lunch includes: Barbecue Brisket, Barbecue Chicken, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad , Potato Salad , Chips and a Non-alcoholic beverage.
